Our Story
Premier Living Suites is a family business owned and operated by Greg and Patrick Furlong of Furdi's Properties. Our goal is to provide SUNY Oswego college students with quality off-campus living arrangements at an affordable price.
Greg and Pat’s legacy of providing quality housing dates back nearly 20 years when their parents started a family-focused rental business in Fulton, NY. Greg and Pat eventually took over and expanded the business 10 years ago. Since then, they have doubled in size and broadened their focus. Concerned that Oswego lacked modern and affordable student housing, Greg and Pat committed to providing college students exceptional, and cost-effective housing, while offering the most comprehensive amenities of any property in the city. Today, that dream is realized in Premier Living Suites.
