As a Premier Assistant, your job responsibilities will include:


  • Maintaining direct contact with the Property Manager

  • Ensuring all PLS visitors sign in

  • Periodic walk through of the facility

  • Save energy by turning off lights and equipment not in use

  • Taking inventory of games, movies, and other supplies in the recreation area

  • Cleaning up meals on Monday and Friday nights

  • Addressing lockouts, resident questions, concerns, etc.

Additional job requirements:


  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0

  • Must be available to work at least 9 hours per week, Monday - Sunday

  • Must have no outstanding balances owed to Premier Living Suites or Furlong Properties

  • Premier Assistants must be moved in by August 21st by 3pm to attend new-hire orientation and training.

  • Premier Assistants are hired for one semester term and may re-apply for following semesters.
