Meet Merry! At Premier Living Suites, Merry’s role goes far beyond being our property manager. Merry has made PLS a fun, safe, and comfortable environment that our residents call their home away from home.

Upon entering the doors of PLS, Merry is there to chat about your day, answer any questions, or simply say “hi” as you walk past her desk. The experience that each student has here at PLS is very important to her. Merry truly provides a personalized, one-on-one experience to each student from the start of their leasing experience through graduation.

Merry also spends time advocating for all SUNY Oswego students in our community. She has been a member of the Campus City Relations Committee (CCRC) for the last 5 years, which is a group appointed to specifically create bonds between SUNY Oswego students and the neighboring Oswego community. CCRC works to create events and raise awareness to bring students together with members of the community through volunteer work and community outreach.

Merry enjoys working in the fast-paced environment of real estate and property management. “It can be challenging at times, but I think of myself as a person who can rise to any occasion and get the job done.” She likes staying busy and being able to see her ideas for student living come to life.
