How many bedrooms are in each apartment?

4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, with the exception of one 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom suite on the first floor.

 

How many bathrooms are in each apartment?

2 Bathrooms, with the exception of the 3-bedroom suite on the first floor, which has one large bathroom.

 

How many apartments are in the building?

There are 18 apartment as Premier Living Suites, all 4-bedroom suites with the exception of one 3-bedroom on the first floor; 71-bedrooms altogether.

 

How many square feet is each bedroom?

Each bedroom is averaged at 150 sq ft with a large 6ft closet.

 

How many square feet is each apartment?

Each apartment is averaged at 1400-1500 sq ft.

 

What is included in each apartment?

Each bedroom is complete with: Double Bed, Night Stand, Lamp, Desk, Desk Chair, 26″ flat screen TV, Dresser, Closet with double shelves, Garbage bin, Window shade.

Each Common Area is complete with: Couch and love seat, Coffee Table, End tables, Flat Screen TV, Kitchen Appliances including: Refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, Kitchen Bar and 4 bar stools, Dining Room Table, Washer and Dryer, Garbage Bin and Recycling Bin, Curtains, Swiffer, Vacuum, Air Conditioning.

 

Are cable and internet included?

Yes, Time Warner Cable including HBO and High Speed Internet are available in each common area and bedroom.

 

Are the Premier Living Suites ADA friendly?

Yes, Premier Living Suites is ADA friendly with apartments on the first floor and access to the common area in the basement through an elevator.

 

Can I share my bedroom?

No, each bedroom in Premier Living Suites is private and designed for one resident.

 

What size is the bed in each bedroom?

Each bedroom has a double/full size bed.

 

Can I request roommates?

Yes, when each tenant fills out an application they will be asked for any preferences with roommates.

 

Are Premier Living Suites Co-Ed?

Yes, when each tenant fills out an application they will be asked for any preferences with roommates. You will not be matched with roommates of the opposite sex unless a specific request has been made.

 

What if I do not have enough roommates?

Premier Living Suites will do their best to match tenants without other roommates to roommates that meet their preferences on their Roommate Survey Form. However, Premier Living Suites is not responsible for any turmoil created due to the Premier Living Suites roommate selection process. If roommate issues arise, all tenants must agree to undergo mediation before requesting a room change. Room change request may be taken if mediation is unsuccessful, but Premier Living Suites cannot promise to accommodate those requests as we are a small building.

 

Is garbage removal included?

Yes, garbage removal is included there are trash receptacles in each apartment and trash can be discarded in the dumpster outside. A recycling bin is also provided and a recycling dumpster outside as well. Tenants are responsible for removing their own trash.

 

Is Premier Living Suites Air Conditioned?

Yes, each apartment has its own built in air condition and the remote to control the temperature is mounted to the wall.

 

What type of security does Premier Living Suites have?

Premier Living Suites is equipped with state of the art security. There are cameras in all common areas and hallways along with the exterior of the building. The exterior doors require your Premier Living Suites fab to enter the building (swipe card). Each apartment door is equipped with a fab technology also. Each bedroom is equipped with a punch code keypad to enter your room as well.

 

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted in or on the Premier Living Suites property. Unfortunately due the damage and allergies caused by animals we cannot allow pets. However, animals assisting those with a disability and/or handicapped will be allowed with proper documentation.

 

Are there laundry machines on-site?

Yes, each apartment is equipped with a free washer and dryer.

 

What should I bring?

Each Premier Living Suite is fully furnished. You are responsible for your personal items such as bed linens (double bed) towels, cooking utensils, alarm clock, computer, hangers, etc. See our What to Bring List.

 

Can I request an Apartment?

Yes, we do take requests as to which apartment or floor you would prefer and will do our best to accommodate those requests. However, we can make no guarantees, especially to groups less than four as we must place tenants together to fill the apartments. Requests will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis in writing.

What are the lease terms?

Premier Living Suites offers a 10 month lease agreement and students are able to stay in their apartments during college breaks.

 

Is Premier Living Suites associated with SUNY Oswego?

No, Premier Living Suites simply provides housing for SUNY Oswego students.

 

Is a Security Deposit required?

Yes, hold money of $500 is due at the time signing. The hold money turns into your security deposit after you move in. Your lease is not in effect until hold money is paid in full. We accept cash, credit, checks and money orders.

 

Does Premier Living Suites offer payment plans?

Yes, Premier Living Suites conveniently offers three payment options. See our rates page for more information about our payment options.

 

How are spots filled?

On a first-come first-serve basis.

 

Where do I send my rent check?

Tenants of Premier Living Suites can pay their rent at the main office on the property. If a parent or guardian is paying the rent, they may mail their check to: Premier Living Suites 247 West Utica St Oswego, NY 13126. Checks are made out to LEEH LLC.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Rent and all other fees may be paid in cash, check, money order, or credit.

 

Is the lease written for each resident or per apartment?

Each tenant signs an individual lease agreement where they are responsible for their bedroom and partially responsible for the common area.

 

Can financial aid be used to pay the rent?

Yes, Financial Aid is allowed to be used for payment of the rent.  However, it is the tenants responsibility to use their financial aid to pay the rent, it is not a direct payment from your funding institution.

 

Who can live at Premier Living Suites?

Premier Living Suites is intended to be a college housing facility. There are no eligibility requirements which means you can live here if you’re a freshman or senior!

 

Where is Premier Living Suites located?

Premier Living Suites is located at 247 W Utica St., Oswego, NY 13126.  We are less than a mile from the SUNY Oswego Marano Campus Center.

The Premier Living Suites main office is at 247 W Utica St., Oswego, NY 13126 in the front lobby.

 

Is Parking available?

Yes, each tenant of Premier Living Suites is guaranteed a parking space. Parking is free and each spot is designated for the tenants by a parking permit.

 

Is there guest parking available?

Yes, there is some guest parking available.  It is on a first come first serve basis. Guests must park further away from the building to accommodate our tenants.
