PLS is dedicated to ensuring safe, healthy, and comfortable SUNY Oswego student housing. Our professional maintenance team is on call 24/7. If there’s a problem, we’ll fix it! For after-hour emergencies (heat, power, flooding, etc.) please call our 24/7 Emergency Answering Service at 315-773-6437.

For non-urgent requests, please follow the link and submit the request on your personal online portal. If you have not yet created your personal online portal, please follow the link to do so, now.  Maintenance requests will not be fulfilled via Email, phone call, or text message.  All requests must come through your online portal account.
